Te Rito is a new medium-density housing community in Flaxmere, built in partnership with Mana Whenua and local stakeholders to set a new standard of living for the area. Grounded in the rito, the protected central shoot of the harakeke, the brand speaks to belonging, pride and growth for generations to come.

We created a brand identity that positions Te Rito as the living heart of its wider environment, brought to life through photography and video shot on the ground in Flaxmere. A bold, urban identity for a neighbourhood designed for the future.
