We send you a short prep sequence: strategic questions and a quick quiz. Takes 15-20 minutes. This isn’t busy work. We use your answers to stack the room with people who’ll make a difference and build the roadmap that actually fits your business.
During the lockdown (2 hours):
You’re in a room with our strategists. We work through your market, your customer, your positioning, what’s working, what isn’t, where the real opportunity sits. We build your roadmap live. You see it happen. You ask questions. We iterate.
You leave with:
– A clear 12-month marketing roadmap (what to do, in what order)
– A tracking template (so you know what’s actually working)
– Enough validated ideas to run your whole year
– The thinking behind every move (so you can execute it yourself)
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
You have two paths:
1. You run it yourself
Use the roadmap, use the template, execute the ideas. This is where most businesses start. It works.
2. You bring us in to implement
We can quote you for the implementation work. That’s separate. Your choice.
Either way, you’re not paying for 50 hours of strategy meetings. You’re paying for two focused hours and everything you need to actually move.
